Pretty much all you can try is a complete uninstall of the app and some hidden files and folders so ignoring the date and time section try working through this. When you have completed this do a search for anything Sky Go related and delete anything that is gound before doing a reboot before installing the app again from the sky website. Try uninstalling the App and delete the Cisco Videoguard Player folder in C: > Users > Your Username > AppData > Local > Cisco > VideoGuard Player and AppData > LocalLow > Cisco > VideoGuard (delete this) and the Sky Go/Sky folders in App Data > Roaming.
The Sky Go app for Windows is not new – it’s at least 6 months old, but its existence is not well-known, likely due to Sky’s long term intransigence in providing the app for Windows. Nevertheless, the app is available now, and while it is not in the Store, it does have a sleek modern interface and offers direct access to all of Sky’s Watching Skygo through my laptop great picture no sound
