Oct 26, 2013 · Currently there are two methods for configuring a network printer under Solaris 10. – CLI – Command Line Interpreter (i.e. Solaris commands) – PRINTMGR – Graphical User Interface (GUI) – Recommended method. Either method should work but if you are new to Solaris or don’t administer printers very often then using PRINTMGR is recommended.
